Garnet type solid electrolyte and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the field of lithium batteries, and provides a garnet type solid electrolyte and a preparation method thereof. The chemical formula of the garnet type solid electrolyte is Li < 7-2x > La < 3 > Zr < 2-x > Mo < x > O < 12 >, x is equal to 0.05-0.2, and the method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a solution A, dissolving a solution B and a solution C; (2) mixing the solution A, the solution B and the solution C to obtain a mixed solution; (3) heating the mixed solution to obtain a solid product; (4) performing first roasting on the solid product to obtain a precursor; (5) grinding the precursor to obtain precursor powder; (6) performing cold pressing on the precursor powder to obtain a mold pressing precursor; and (7) covering the molded precursor with the precursor powder, and then carrying out second roasting to obtain the garnet type solid electrolyte. The garnet type solid electrolyte is prepared by adopting a sol-gel method, the cost is low, the operation is simple, and the obtained garnet type solid electrolyte is stable in crystal form and relatively high in ionic conductivity.
本发明属于锂电池领域,提供一种制备石榴石型固态电解质及其制备方法。所述石榴石型固态电解质的化学式为Li7‑2xLa3Zr2‑xMoxO12,x=0.05‑0.2,所述方法包括(1)配制溶液A、溶解B和溶液C;(2)将溶液A、溶液B和溶液C进行混合,获得混合溶液;(3)加热混合溶液,获得固体产物;(4)对固体产物进行第一焙烧,获得前驱体;(5)将前驱体进行研磨,获得前驱体粉末;(6)冷压前驱体粉末,获得模压前驱体;(7)利用前驱体粉末覆盖模压前驱体后再进行第二焙烧,以获得石榴石型固态电解质。本发明采用溶胶凝胶法制备石榴石型固态电解质,成本低廉,操作简单,获得的石榴石型固态电解质晶型稳定,且离子电导率较高。
