The invention relates to the technical field of material pipes, in particular to a ceramic-based composite material pipe and a preparation method thereof. Wherein the ceramic-based composite material tube comprises the following substances in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of silicon carbide, 20-30 parts of clay, 10-15 parts of silicon dioxide, 5-15 parts of aluminum oxide, 5-10 parts of silicon powder and 5-15 parts of reinforcing filler, and the reinforcing filler is selected from any one or more of carbon fibers, silicon carbide fibers and carbon nanotubes. The preparation method of the ceramic-based composite material tube comprises the following steps: S1, weighing raw materials: ball-milling and sieving the raw materials to obtain a powdery raw material, mixing the powdery raw material with clay, performing dry pressing, and drying to obtain a to-be-sintered material; and S2, sintering. Through cooperation of aluminum oxide and silicon carbide, silicon carbide can serve as a second phase to fix a grain boundary and strengthen the grain boundary, cracks can be shielded, the hardness and toughness of the material pipe are improved, and the service life of the material pipe is prolonged.
本发明涉及料管的技术领域,尤其涉及一种陶瓷基复合料管及其制备方法。其中,陶瓷基复合料管,包括以下重量份物质:40‑60份碳化硅、20‑30份黏土、10‑15份二氧化硅、5‑15份氧化铝、5‑10份硅粉和5‑15份增强填料,所述增强填料选自碳纤维、碳化硅纤维、碳纳米管中的任意一种或多种。陶瓷基复合料管的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1、原料称取:原料经球磨,过筛,得到粉状原料,将粉状原料与黏土混合,干压成型,干燥,得到待烧物;S2、烧结。氧化铝与碳化硅的配合,碳化硅能够作为第二相固定晶界、强化晶界,并能够屏蔽裂纹,改善料管的硬度以及韧性延长料管的使用寿命。
