The invention discloses an uplift pile test pile and an implementation and test method thereof, and aims to provide an uplift pile test pile which can truly reflect the bearing capacity of an uplift pile of a practical project; the uplift pile test pile and the implementation and test method thereof can effectively reduce the cost of the test pile. An uplift pile test pile comprises a pile hole formed in the ground surface; the reinforcement cage is inserted into the pile hole, and the upper end of the reinforcement cage is located above the pile hole; and the concrete piles are formed by pouring concrete in the pile holes, and the top surfaces of the concrete piles are flush with the elevation of the basement bottom plate. The invention discloses an implementation and test method of an uplift pile test pile. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a pile hole; placing a reinforcement cage, and hanging the reinforcement cage into the pile hole; concrete is poured, specifically, the concrete is poured in the pile hole to reach the elevation of the basement bottom plate, so that a concrete pile is formed in the pile hole, and the lower portion of the reinforcement cage is embedded in the concrete pile; and an anti-pulling static load test is conducted, specifically, a single-pile vertical anti-pulling static load test is conducted on the anti-pulling pile test pile.
