The invention relates to an uplift pile uplift test structure and a test method thereof.The uplift pile uplift test structure structurally comprises a supporting pier, a pressure-bearing beam, a guide base table, hydraulic jacking equipment, a pressure-bearing plate and auxiliary steel strands, the guide base table is provided with threading bayonets in an annular array, and the threading bayonets are alternately arranged to be connected with slow-bonding steel strands and the auxiliary steel strands in a penetrating mode; retard-bonded steel strands at the top of the uplift pile are divided into two centrosymmetric groups, penetrate through the threading bayonets correspondingly and are tensioned and fixed through anchoring parts, the pressure-bearing beam supports the supporting pier and is located over the guide base table, hydraulic jacking equipment is placed on the top face of the center of the pressure-bearing beam, and the pressure-bearing plate is supported by the hydraulic jacking equipment. The two sides of the bearing plate are each provided with a threading opening for the slow-bonding steel strand and the auxiliary steel strand to penetrate through.
