The invention relates to a non-contact type prefabricated pipe pile sinking construction inclination automatic monitoring device and method, and belongs to the technical field of foundation treatment, the device mainly comprises a transmitter for transmitting a strong light fine line, a distance measuring probe for transmitting two strong light points, a narrow-angle long-focus camera and a set of control system; the using method of the device comprises the steps that a strong light fine line perpendicular to the ground plane is projected to the surface of the prefabricated pipe pile through the device erected at a certain position away from the prefabricated pipe pile, the camera obtains real-time images of the fine line and the pipe pile, the data processor analyzes the included angle between the fine line and the axis of the pipe pile, and the inclination of the pipe pile in the direction 2 is calculated; the laser ranging probe obtains the distance change of two points, right facing the instrument surface, of the pile body, and the inclination of the pipe pile towards the direction 1 is analyzed; and a calculation result is displayed on the control panel in real time. The device is simple, does not make contact with the pipe pile, is not affected by movement of a pile body in the pile sinking process, and can monitor the perpendicularity of the pipe pile in the sinking process in real time.
