The invention discloses a pile sinking method of a prefabricated pipe pile in the technical field of pile foundation engineering, and aims to solve the problem that in the prior art, when pile sinking operation is carried out on a binary soil layer structure, the requirements for efficiency, depth and guide hole quality are difficult to consider. The method comprises the steps that in the first depth where a first hard soil layer is led to penetrate through, a long spiral drilling machine is adopted for construction, and the advantages of being high in long spiral drilling speed, good in counter bore quality and free of slurry protection walls can be fully played; the characteristic that the drilling depth of a rotary drilling rig is large is fully utilized, a guide hole with the second depth is drilled in the lower portion of a first prefabricated pipe pile through an inner hole of the first prefabricated pipe pile, a pipe pile body is used as a protection wall within the first depth, the soil taking amount and the mud protection wall workload are greatly reduced, the drilling speed is increased, and the guide hole quality is guaranteed; and therefore, deep hole guiding pile sinking operation can be carried out with high efficiency and high hole guiding quality for a binary soil layer structure distributed in a staggered mode.
本发明公开了一种桩基工程技术领域的预制管桩的沉桩方法,旨在解决现有技术中对于二元的土层结构进行沉桩作业时,难以兼顾效率、深度和引孔质量要求的问题。其包括:在引穿第一硬土层的所在深度的第一深度内,采用长螺旋钻机施工,可充分发挥长螺旋钻孔速度快、沉孔质量好、无泥浆护壁的优点;充分利用旋挖钻机下钻深度大的特点,经过第一预制管桩的内孔,在第一预制管桩下钻取第二深度的引孔,第一深度内利用管桩桩身作为护壁,大幅度减少取土量和泥浆护壁工作量,提高钻进速度,保证引孔质量;进而实现针对交错分布的二元的土层结构,高效率、高引孔质量地进行深度引孔沉桩作业。
