The CFRP-PVC restrained coal gangue concrete short column comprises three main components, namely a coal gangue concrete core, a PVC pipe and outer-layer CFRP cloth, and the coal gangue concrete core is cylindrical; the PVC pipe is sleeved on the coal gangue concrete core; the outer-layer CFRP cloth is wound and wrapped on the PVC pipe by epoxy resin glue. The CFRP-PVC confined coal gangue concrete short column ensures the characteristics of high ultimate bearing capacity, high ductility and the like of the structure, reduces the construction difficulty, gives full play to the corrosion resistance of CFRP under the special working conditions of severe erosion environments such as coastal, port, island, underground and the like, and has higher technical and economic benefits.
