The construction method comprises the steps that a roof panel and a contour plate are formed, connecting parts capable of being bent and deformed are formed at the two ends, in the width direction of the roof panel, of the roof panel, the contour plate is a waved plate, and mounting holes are formed in the two ends, in the width direction of the contour plate, of the contour plate; wave crests of the roof panel and the contour plate are welded to form a composite panel; the roof supporting beam is prefabricated, and a threaded hole is formed in the roof supporting beam; the roof supporting beams are arranged at intervals to form a roof supporting structure; the composite panels are laid on the roof supporting structure side by side; bolts are mounted in the mounting holes and are in threaded connection with the corresponding threaded holes; and two adjacent connecting parts are welded. According to the composite integral stainless steel welded roof and the construction method, the composite panel is large in rigidity and plate width, the roof does not need a stainless steel support, the wind lifting resistance is good, the number of weld joints is small, construction is easy, the construction efficiency is high, and the construction period is short.
本发明公开了一种复合整体式不锈钢焊接屋面及施工方法,施工方法包括:成型屋面板及压型板,屋面板在屋面板的宽度方向上的两端成型有能够弯曲变形的连接部,压型板为波浪板,压型板在压型板的宽度方向上的两端设置有安装孔;屋面板与压型板的波峰焊接以形成复合面板;预制屋面支撑梁,屋面支撑梁设置有螺纹孔;将屋面支撑梁间隔设置形成屋面支撑结构;将复合面板并排地铺设在屋面支撑结构上;在安装孔内安装螺栓并使螺栓螺接于对应的螺纹孔;将相邻的两个连接部焊接。本发明提供的复合整体式不锈钢焊接屋面及施工方法,复合面板刚度大、板宽大,屋面无需不锈钢支座,抗风掀性能好,焊缝少,施工简单、施工效率高、施工周期短。
