The invention discloses an arm support vibration suppression device and method and an arm support system, an arm support comprises arm sections hinged end to end in sequence and a material distribution hose connected to the arm section located at the tail end, and the arm support vibration suppression device comprises a vibration suppression execution assembly, a detection assembly and a control unit; the vibration suppression execution assembly is arranged on the periphery of the material distribution hose and is close to the head end of the material distribution hose; the detection assembly is arranged on the cloth hose and is close to the tail end, and the detection assembly is used for acquiring deflection displacement information of the cloth hose during swinging; the control unit is electrically connected with the detection assembly and the vibration suppression execution assembly and is configured to receive a deflection displacement information signal, sent by the detection assembly, of the cloth hose; and according to the deflection displacement information signal, a vibration suppression execution assembly is controlled to execute a reverse swing suppression action on the material distribution hose.
