By additionally arranging the rainwater collecting pool, the fresh water utilization efficiency is improved. The central control system is additionally arranged, operation parameters of the circulating cooling unit are dynamically adjusted, the root system environment temperature is reduced, poor plant growth caused by high temperature is avoided, plant diseases and insect pests caused by high temperature factors are reduced, and the disease resistance of plants to be cultivated is improved.
