The invention belongs to the technical field of saline-alkali soil rainwater collection and salt discharge, and particularly relates to a saline-alkali soil rainwater collection irrigation, photovoltaic power generation evaporation reduction and uniform water and salt discharge system which comprises a rainwater collection ditch, a drainage ditch, a solar unit and concealed pipes. The solar unit comprises a first photovoltaic panel covering the rain collecting ditch, a second photovoltaic panel covering the drainage ditch and an angle adjusting assembly used for adjusting the inclination angle of the first photovoltaic panel and the inclination angle of the second photovoltaic panel, and the second photovoltaic panel is connected with the rain collecting ditch through a rain collecting assembly. The rainfall can be used by crops during drought in spring, and cross-season calling of rainfall is achieved; the solar unit is arranged, so that shading, evaporation reduction and efficient rain collection can be realized while power generation is performed, and the utilization efficiency of land occupied by the open trench is greatly improved; the concealed pipes are arranged in the field, so that uniform salt elimination of the saline-alkali soil can be realized.
