Reactive normal-temperature permeable asphalt mixture and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a reaction type normal-temperature permeable asphalt mixture which comprises mineral aggregate, a curing agent and reaction type normal-temperature high-viscosity modified asphalt, the mass ratio of the mineral aggregate to the curing agent to the reaction type normal-temperature high-viscosity modified asphalt is (92-98): (1-6): (2-7); the reaction type diluent and a hydration product in the curing agent are subjected to saponification reaction to form an effect similar to bridge connection, so that the strength of the asphalt mixture is improved, the purpose of curing is achieved, the coating capacity of asphalt and aggregate is further improved under the action of the cross-linking agent and the tackifier, and thus the durability of the mixture is improved. Compared with normal-temperature asphalt mixtures such as petroleum solvents and emulsified asphalt, the asphalt mixture disclosed by the invention has the advantages of quicker chemical reaction, higher early-stage mixture strength and better durability. The initial stability of the reactive normal-temperature permeable asphalt mixture obtained by the method is more than 10kN, the dynamic stability reaches more than 2930 times/mm, and the high-temperature stability meets the requirements of an OGFC hot mix mixture.
本发明公开了一种反应型常温透水沥青混合料,包括矿料、固化剂和反应型常温高粘改性沥青;矿料、固化剂和反应型常温高粘改性沥青的质量比为92~98:1~6:2~7;本发明的中的反应型稀释剂与固化剂中的水化产物发生皂化反应,形成一种类似桥梁连接的作用,进而增加沥青混合料的强度,达到固化的目的,在交联剂和增粘剂的作用下沥青与集料的裹覆能力进一步提高,从而提高了混合料的耐久性。与石油溶剂类和乳化沥青类的常温沥青混合料相比,其化学反应更快,早期的混合料强度更高,耐久性也较好。通过本发明的方法得到的反应型常温透水沥青混合料初始稳定度为10kN以上,动稳定度达到2930次/mm以上,高温稳定性符合OGFC热拌混合料的要求。
