OXIDATION REACTIVE OR OXIDATION POLYMERIZATION REACTIVE NORMAL TEMPERATURE ASPHALT MIXTURE
To provide an all-weather normal temperature asphalt mixture which is excellent in work efficiency, materializes shortening of a curing time and has improved durability.SOLUTION: The normal temperature asphalt mixture is provided which contains: an aggregate; asphalt; drying oil including a fatty acid having a double bond in the molecule; a reaction accelerator; and, as needed, various aggregates and a fiber material, and which has characteristics being oxidation reactivity or oxidation polymerization reactivity. The normal temperature asphalt mixture becomes solidified and exhibits strength, by means of a reaction promoter in the mixture during construction, by oxidation reaction or an oxidation polymerization reaction of a fatty acid derived from an animal and a plant and having a double bond in the molecule with oxygen in the air. The normal temperature asphalt mixture has flexibility due to flexibility of the asphalt and of a fiber material. The reaction accelerator is preferably a metal-based catalyst or a radical initiator.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】作業性に優れ、硬化時間を短縮すると共に耐久性を向上させた全天候型常温アスファルト混合物の提供。【解決手段】骨材、アスファルト、二重結合を分子中に有する脂肪酸を含む乾性油、及び反応促進剤および必要により各種骨材、繊維材料などを含有する酸化反応性あるいは酸化重合反応性の特性を備えた常温アスファルト混合物であって、施工中に該混合物中の反応促進剤により、二重結合を分子中に有する動植物由来脂肪酸を空気中の酸素との酸化反応あるいは酸化重合反応により固化し、強度を発現すると共に前記アスファルトおよび前記繊維材料の柔軟性により混合物にたわみ性をもたせる酸化反応性あるいは酸化重合反応性の特性を備えた常温アスファルト混合物。反応促進剤が金属系触媒又はラシカル開始剤であることが好ましい、常温アスファルト混合物。【選択図】なし
