The invention provides modified asphalt as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The modified asphalt is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 95 to 105 parts of matrix asphalt, 1 to 4 parts of SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene), 2 to 4 parts of sulfonated SBS, 3 to 8 parts of filling oil, 1 to 3 parts of petroleum resin and 0.4 to 0.6 part of antioxidant; the preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively doping extending oil into sulfonated SBS and SBS, and stirring at 90-110 DEG C for 22-26 hours to obtain a mixed solution 1 and a mixed solution 2; heating matrix asphalt to 120-200 DEG C, sequentially adding the mixed solution 1, the mixed solution 2, petroleum resin and an antioxidant, stirring for 0.5-1.5 hours, and cooling to obtain the modified asphalt. The prepared modified asphalt can be used for preparing a pavement paving material. The modified asphalt prepared by the invention has better softening point and dynamic viscosity, also has certain temperature resistance, and has very good popularization and application values.
本发明提供一种改性沥青及其制备方法和应用。改性沥青包括以下重量份原料：95～105份的基质沥青、1～4份的SBS、2～4份的磺化SBS、3～8份的填充油、1～3份的石油树脂及0.4～0.6份的抗氧剂；制备方法包括：向磺化SBS及SBS中分别掺入填充油，于90～110℃条件下搅拌22～26h，得混合溶液1及混合溶液2；将基质沥青升温至120～200℃，依次加入混合溶液1、混合溶液2、石油树脂以及抗氧剂，搅拌0.5～1.5h，冷却后即得改性沥青。本发明制备的改性沥青可用于制备路面铺设材料。本发明制备的改性沥青具有较好的软化点及动力粘度，还具有一定的耐温性能，具有很好的推广应用价值。
