Pavement rut anomaly detection system and method based on line structured light
The invention relates to a pavement rut anomaly detection system and method based on line structured light, and the system comprises a longitudinal distance measuring sensor, a data collection card, a two-dimensional line-scan digital camera and a line structured light generator, and the two-dimensional line-scan digital camera shoots a two-dimensional pavement rut data image; the linear structured light generator shoots three-dimensional road surface rut data images and cross section elevation data, the longitudinal distance measuring sensor generates pulse analog signals and transmits the pulse analog signals to the data acquisition card, and the data acquisition card stores two-dimensional road surface rut data images, the three-dimensional road surface rut data images and the cross section elevation data. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a pavement rut data image; according to a preset threshold value, abnormal ruts are screened out from the road surface rut data image; performing data verification on the abnormal ruts to obtain a data verification result; and according to a data verification result, determining an evaluation model to which the pavement rut data image belongs. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages of being capable of accurately judging the track type, high in measurement precision and the like.
