The invention discloses a construction method of a semi-fabricated structural column connecting structure and the connecting structure. The semi-fabricated structural column connecting structure comprises first-layer columns, middle-layer columns, top-layer columns and top plates of all layers. The middle layer column comprises an external concrete layer and a reinforcement cage poured in concrete; the reinforcement cage comprises prefabricated vertical steel bars, non-densified area stirrups bound to the lower portions of the vertical steel bars, bottom densified area stirrups and top densified area stirrups, wherein the bottom densified area stirrups and the top densified area stirrups are bound to the upper portions of the vertical steel bars on site. Wherein the top densified area stirrups are arranged below the top of the floor; the bottom densified area stirrups are arranged at the bottom of the upper floor; reinforcing ribs are arranged at the positions of the stirrups of the non-densification area in the circumferential direction. All the layer columns are sequentially connected through sleeve assemblies; the problem that dust and construction waste are caused when a reinforcement cage is bound on site is solved. The connection between the reinforcement cages and the pouring of the structural column body and the floor slab are realized.
