Modified phosphorite waste slag admixture, railway concrete containing admixture and preparation method
The invention discloses a modified phosphorite waste slag admixture, railway concrete containing the admixture and a preparation method. The admixture comprises an active agent and phosphorite waste slag, the active agent is composed of a reinforcing component, an adjusting component, an expansion component and an easily-abraded component. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) putting the easily-ground component and the phosphorite waste slag into grinding equipment in proportion, grinding until the specific surface area is 350-800m < 2 >/kg, and discharging the ground phosphorite waste slag powder; and (2) adding the reinforcing component, the adjusting component, the expanding component and the ground phosphorite waste slag powder into homogenizing equipment in proportion, uniformly mixing, and feeding into a finished product bin, so as to obtain the modified phosphorite waste slag admixture. 1%-40% of the modified phosphorite waste slag admixture is added into a concrete base material, and the railway concrete is prepared. The problem of shortage of concrete admixtures can be effectively solved, and meanwhile recycling of solid waste is achieved.
本发明公开了一种改性磷矿弃渣掺合料及含有该掺合料的铁路混凝土和制备方法,所述掺合料包括活性剂和磷矿弃渣;所述活性剂由增强组分、调节组分、膨胀组分、易磨组分四部分组成。其制备方法为:1)将易磨组分与磷矿弃渣按比例投入至粉磨设备中,粉磨至比表面积350~800m2/kg后作为磨细磷矿弃渣粉出料;2)将增强组分、调节组分、膨胀组分与磨细磷矿弃渣粉按比例投入至均化设备中,经混合均匀后进入成品仓中,得到改性磷矿弃渣掺合料。将改性磷矿弃渣掺合料按1%~40%掺量加入到混凝土基础材料中,制备得到铁路混凝土。本发明可有效解决混凝土掺合料匮乏难题,同时实现固体废弃物的再利用。
