Silica aerogel composite felt material, preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a silicon dioxide aerogel composite felt material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. According to the composite felt material, silicon dioxide aerogel is used for reinforcing a composite fiber felt, the silicon dioxide aerogel is fully impregnated in the fiber felt in a negative-pressure adsorption and vacuum impregnation mode, and then resin in the composite fiber felt is melted, so that the composite fiber felt is obtained. By utilizing the cohesiveness of molten resin in the composite fiber felt, the silicon dioxide aerogel and a fiber interface are better combined, and meanwhile, a better pore structure is presented. The silicon dioxide aerogel composite felt material is simple and convenient to prepare, the heat insulation performance and the interface bonding capacity of the silicon dioxide aerogel composite felt material are enhanced through impregnation of silicon dioxide gel while the characteristics of high strength and compactness of the fiber felt are kept, the hydrophobicity, the strength and other performance of the composite felt material are improved, the fiber felt with appropriate pores is selected for impregnation, and the heat insulation performance of the composite felt material is improved. The prepared composite material is low in density and has a good pore structure, and the problem that the aerogel felt is prone to slag and powder falling is solved.
本发明提供了一种二氧化硅气凝胶复合毡材料、制备方法及其应用。所述复合毡材料以二氧化硅气凝胶增强复合纤维毡,运用负压吸附真空浸渍的方式,使二氧化硅气凝胶充分浸渍在纤维毡中,再通过熔融复合纤维毡中的树脂,利用复合纤维毡中熔融树脂的粘结性使二氧化硅气凝胶和纤维界面达到更好的结合的同时呈现更优的孔隙结构。本发明的二氧化硅气凝胶复合毡材料制备简单方便,在保持纤维毡的高强度和致密性特点时,通过二氧化硅凝胶的浸渍,增强了其隔热性能和界面结合能力,提高了复合毡材料的疏水、强度等性能,选用合适孔隙的纤维毡进行浸渍,所制备出的复合材料密度低并具有良好的孔隙结构,并解决了气凝胶毡易掉渣掉粉的问题。
