Comprising the following steps: (1) cleaning and drying basalt short fibers and high-silica short fibers, mixing the basalt short fibers and the high-silica short fibers according to a certain mass ratio, opening, lapping, needling and the like to obtain a basalt-high-silica mixed fiber felt; (2) preparing a solution C; (3) spraying a solution C to the basalt-high silica mixed fiber felt through a high-pressure nozzle, and standing until the solution C is gelated on the basalt-high silica mixed fiber felt to prepare an aerogel felt precursor; and (4) performing liquid sealing, aging and drying on the aerogel felt precursor to obtain the silicon dioxide aerogel fireproof reinforced basalt-high silica fiber composite felt.
