本发明公开了一种双镀层碳化硅颗粒的制备方法及其应用,包括,将碳化硅颗粒进行表面粗化处理,干燥得到粗化处理碳化硅颗粒,加入分散剂,球磨处理得到混合均匀的粉末,通过真空扩散镀覆工艺,制得镀Ti5Si3/Ti的SiC粉体颗粒;将碱式碳酸铜融入氨水溶液中,搅拌并充分溶解,添加聚丙烯酰胺,混合均匀后,加入镀Ti5Si3/Ti的SiC粉体颗粒,密封静止,得到充分包裹的碳化硅颗粒;将初步包覆碳化硅粉体在氢气还原气氛中加热还原处理,冷却过筛后,即得双镀层颗粒。本发明首次提出一种双镀层Cu‑Ti5Si3/Ti‑SiC粉体颗粒,在粉末冶金热压烧结制备碳化硅颗粒增强铝基复合材料时,明显改善复合材料在热压烧结过程中形成的孔洞、缝隙等缺陷,界面结合良好。
