The construction method of the cement stabilized macadam base structure comprises the following steps: 1) constructing the stress compensation type lower base; (2) constructing a lower stress compensation seam; (3) constructing a cement paste connecting layer; (4) a stress compensation type upper base layer is constructed; (5) the upper stress compensation seam is constructed; according to the cement stabilized macadam base structure and the construction method, the influence of dry shrinkage and temperature shrinkage on the cement stabilized macadam base can be reduced or eliminated, the time of transverse cracks of the cement stabilized macadam base due to fatigue is prolonged, the strength of the cement stabilized macadam base can be greatly improved, and the service life of an asphalt pavement is prolonged.
本发明的水泥稳定碎石基层结构及施工方法,基层结构由应力补偿型上基层、水泥浆连接层与应力补偿型下基层组成,上基层分别由上应力补偿缝和上基层水泥稳定碎石组成;上应力补偿缝通过在所述应力补偿型上基层的预切缝中浇筑上基层高膨胀混凝土形成。水泥稳定碎石基层结构的施工方法包括:1)应力补偿型下基层施工;2)下应力补偿缝施工;3)水泥浆连接层施工;4)应力补偿型上基层施工;5)所述上应力补偿缝施工;6)粘层施工。本发明的水泥稳定碎石基层结构及施工方法,能减少或消除干缩、温缩对水泥稳定碎石基层的影响,延长水泥稳定碎石基层因疲劳出现横向裂缝的时间,可大幅提高水泥稳定碎石基层的强度,延长沥青路面的使用寿命。
