The groove bottom leveling device comprises a moving mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a plurality of hammering rods and a driving mechanism. The moving mechanism is arranged above the groove pit, the moving mechanism is provided with a moving end which horizontally moves in the length direction of the groove pit, and the moving end is connected with a moving seat; the lifting mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the moving seat, the lifting mechanism is provided with a vertically-moving lifting end, and a mounting box is fixed to the lifting end; the multiple beating rods are vertically arranged below the mounting box at intervals, and a leveling plate is fixed to the lower end of each beating rod; the driving mechanism is arranged on the mounting box, and the moving end of the driving mechanism is connected with the multiple beating rods and used for driving the beating rods to move in the vertical direction. The leveling plates extend into the bottom of the groove pit through the lifting mechanism, the driving mechanism is used for driving the leveling plates to vibrate, beat and level, and meanwhile the multiple leveling plates serve as scraping plates to conduct scraping operation on the bottom face of the groove pit.
