The invention discloses an anchor rod structure which comprises a bus base material, a tensioning structure and a fixing structure, and the fixing structure is located at the lower end of the bus base material and used for anchoring of the lower portion of the anchor rod structure. The tensioning structure is positioned at the upper end of the bus base material and is used for tensioning and locking the bus base material; the bus base material is of a hollow structure with two through ends; an isolation structure is arranged outside the bus substrate, and a first annular space structure is formed between the inner side of the isolation structure and the outer side of the bus substrate; the hollow structure is communicated with the first annular structure at the lower part of the bus substrate, and an internal space defined by the first annular structure and the hollow structure is isolated from the outside of the isolation structure to form a secondary grouting reverse discharge channel. By changing the structural design of the anchor rod and the grouting process, the problem of later-stage water seepage of the anchor rod is thoroughly solved, the potential safety hazard of a house structure caused by failure of tensioning acting force due to corrosion of an anchoring part at the anchoring end caused by long-term water seepage is avoided, and the later-stage water stopping difficulty and the engineering cost are reduced.
