The invention discloses a silt layer pile foundation settlement monitoring device which comprises a signal processor, a pulse generator, a transmitter, a transmitting antenna, an electromagnetic wave reflection detection object, a receiving antenna, a receiver and a displayer. Signals sent by the signal processor are transmitted to the input end of the pulse generator through the output end, pulses sent by the pulse generator are transmitted to the input end of the transmitter through the output end, electromagnetic wave signals generated by the transmitter are transmitted to the transmitting antenna through the output end, and the transmitting antenna and the receiving antenna are arranged on the pile top of a pile foundation. Electromagnetic wave reflectors are preset on the pile foundation in a segmented mode to serve as monitoring positions; the receiving antenna transmits received reflected electromagnetic waves to the input end of the receiver through the output end, the receiver converts received electromagnetic wave signals into electric signals and transmits the electric signals to the input end of the signal processor through the output end, and the output end of the signal processor is connected with the input end of the display. The settlement amount of different positions of the pile body can be monitored.
