The invention discloses a square tube prestress combined component and a building/wall plate connecting structure and application thereof.The square tube prestress combined component adopts a steel structure to form a combined body with a plate face layer and hollow beams in a welding mode, and the multiple hollow beams are arranged on the bottom face of the plate face layer in parallel at intervals; grouting holes used for pouring concrete are formed in the top walls of the hollow beams, the building/wall plate connecting structure comprises the square pipe prestress combined component, the ends of the adjacent combined bodies are in butt joint and are fixedly connected through bolts, the prestress tendons penetrate through the multiple hollow beams in butt joint, or the ends of the adjacent prestress tendons are connected through mechanical connectors. At least two combined bodies are arranged at intervals, and a combined beam, column or wall structure with a cavity is formed in a welding connection mode of the connecting steel plates and the connecting rib plates. The combined body with the plate face layer and the hollow beam is prefabricated and formed in a factory, large-area concrete pouring operation is avoided, installation is convenient and fast, and efficiency is high.
本发明公开了一种方管预应力组合构件及其连接楼/墙板结构和应用,方管预应力组合构件采用钢结构通过焊接方式形成具有板面层和空心梁的组合体,空心梁的数量为多根且间隔平行布置在板面层底面;空心梁的顶壁开设有用于浇筑混凝土的注浆孔,连接楼/墙板结构包括上述的方管预应力组合构件,相邻的组合体的端头对接,并通过螺栓紧固连接,预应力筋贯穿对接的多个空心梁,或相邻的预应力筋端头通过机械连接头连接。采用至少两块组合体间隔布置,并通过连接钢板和连接筋板的焊接连接方式形成具有空腔的组合梁、柱或墙体结构。本发明通过工厂预制成型具有板面层和空心梁的组合体,避免了大面积浇筑混凝土作业,安装方便快捷、效率高。
