The invention provides an efficient parking and taking stereo garage and a vehicle parking and taking method.The stereo garage comprises a moving platform and a plurality of parking garages, the multiple parking garages are of a single-row structure or a left-right double-row structure, the moving platform is driven by a longitudinal moving mechanism and a lifting mechanism to integrally move longitudinally and ascend and descend, and a first belt conveying device is arranged in the moving platform; a second belt conveying device is arranged in the parking garage. The simple and convenient transfer device is installed on the first belt conveying device and the second belt conveying device, and the driving force of the driving unit is transmitted to the second belt conveying device from the first belt conveying device, so that the second belt conveying device and the first belt conveying device synchronously rotate in the same direction at the same speed. The form of the moving platform and the belt conveying device is adopted, a simple and convenient transferring technology is used for converting driven into active to achieve vehicle transferring and entering of the stereo garage, the construction investment of an existing belt conveying type stereo garage is reduced, the control process is simplified, and meanwhile the stability and efficiency during vehicle storing and taking are greatly improved.
