According to the method, a mechanical-chemical-microwave multi-dimensional coupling activation mode is utilized, and compared with conventional mechanical activation, chemical activation and other modes, the activity of the iron tailings is further improved, so that the activated active iron tailing powder can replace a considerable part of cement to be used in concrete and other building materials.
