The invention relates to a preparation method and a use method of a elasticity reducing agent for sprayed concrete, the elasticity reducing agent comprises the following raw materials by mass: 500-700 parts of superfine slag powder, 20-50 parts of diquat, 100-200 parts of sodium sulfate, 10-20 parts of maleic anhydride, 30-60 parts of acrylate polyethylene glycol monoester, 30-60 parts of sodium allysulfonate, 1-2 parts of potassium persulfate, and 100-200 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving potassium persulfate in water, heating the potassium persulfate solution at 84-86 DEG C, sequentially dropwise adding maleic anhydride, acrylate polyethylene glycol monoester and sodium allylsulfonate within 1 hour, keeping the temperature at 84-86 DEG C for 5 hours, then cooling to room temperature, sequentially adding sodium sulfate and diachylon within 10 minutes, and stirring uniformly to obtain the water-based adhesive. After uniformly stirring, putting the mixture into a drying oven at 38-42 DEG C until the mixture is powdery; and finally, uniformly mixing the powdery mixture with superfine slag powder to obtain the elasticity reducing agent. The elasticity reducing agent has the characteristics of improving the early strength and the later strength of sprayed concrete, improving the durability of the concrete, shortening the setting time of the concrete, being green, low-carbon and economical, and being capable of being used at low temperature.
