The invention relates to the technical field of heat-conducting materials, and particularly discloses heat-conducting gel as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The invention discloses heat-conducting gel which is specifically prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 16 to 21 parts of silicon-based material, 65 to 75 parts of ceramic particles, 8.5 to 13.5 parts of filler, 0.1 to 0.3 part of catalyst, 0.1 to 0.3 part of retarder and 0.3 to 0.7 part of color master batch, the filler is composed of aluminum nitride and boron nitride in a weight ratio of (5-7): (3.5-6.5); the catalyst is prepared by mixing zinc chloride, titanium sulfate and tert-butyl alcohol. The heat-conducting gel is prepared by utilizing the raw material formula provided by the invention, and the obtained heat-conducting gel has relatively high heat-conducting property, tensile strength, shore hardness and volume resistivity.
