The structural layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 740 to 800 parts of white cement, 100 to 150 parts of white silica fume, 100 to 150 parts of kaolin, 900 to 1000 parts of 40 to 70-mesh white quartz sand, 15 to 25 parts of emulsion, 0.5 to 1 part of aluminate coupling agent, 3 to 6 parts of water reducing agent, 2 to 4 parts of defoaming agent, 200 to 230 parts of water and 20 to 40 parts of reinforced fiber; the composite board provided by the invention is higher in structural strength and thinner in thickness, the rough surface layer performs diffuse reflection on sunlight, the composite board is softer in vision, the sunlight reflectivity is about 90%-95%, and the indoor temperature is effectively reduced.
