The invention provides a terrazzo-imitated fiber prefabricated reinforced plate and a preparation method thereof, the reinforced plate comprises the following raw material components by weight: 850-950 parts of white cement, 45-55 parts of silica fume, 45-55 parts of kaolin, 1300-1500 parts of colored stone, 45-55 parts of quartz sand of 10-16 meshes, 65-75 parts of quartz sand of 16-28 meshes, 35-45 parts of an emulsion, 265-275 parts of water, 1.5-2.5 parts of a water reducer, 1.5-2.5 parts of an antifoaming agent, and 4.0-4.5 parts of a pigment; compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the proper particle size ratio of the colored stones to the quartz sand is adopted, the accumulation gap is small, the mechanical strength of the material gelatinized into a whole is increased, the cement consumption is saved, and the two layers of filled synthetic fiber nets increase the bonding strength of the surface material and the structural material and reduce the overall weight of the plate; and the added synthetic fibers improve the compressive strength of the structural material, so that the overall performance of the prefabricated reinforcing plate is improved.
本发明提供一种仿水磨石的纤维预制增强板及制备方法,增强板原料组分按照重量份数,包括:白水泥850‑950份,硅灰45‑55份,高岭土45‑55份,彩色石子1300‑1500份,10‑16目石英砂45‑55份,16‑28目石英砂65‑75份,乳液35‑45份,水265‑275份,减水剂1.5‑2.5份,消泡剂1.5‑2.5份,颜料4.0‑4.5份;本发明具有以下优点:采用合适的彩色石子和石英砂的粒度配比,堆积空隙小,使得物料胶结成整体的机械强度增加,节省了水泥用量,填充进去的两层合成纤维网增加了面料与结构料的结合强度并减轻板材整体重量,添加进去的合成纤维提高了结构料的抗压强度,使得预制增强板的整体性能得到提升。
