The invention provides an ultrathin externally-hung terrazzo-imitated plate and a processing method thereof, and relates to the field of new building materials, the terrazzo-imitated plate comprises a surface layer and a structural layer, the structural layer is located on the back of the terrazzo-imitated plate, the structural layer is a reinforcing beam extending and protruding outwards, and at least three mounting sleeves are embedded in the reinforcing beam; different from a common waterstone-imitating plate pouring method, the method has the advantages that the structural layer is firstly poured, and then the fiber felt is used as the surface layer material for supporting, so that the colored stones of the surface layer material cannot sink into the structural material, the colored stone raw material is saved, and a waterstone surface layer with a better aesthetic effect can be made; the structural layer on the back face can be made into a complex installation structure according to a mold, compared with a common plate, the weight is reduced by 32%-34%, the structural layer is made of slurry with the lower water cement ratio, the strength is high, the structural stability is guaranteed, the surface layer is made of slurry with the higher water cement ratio, the strength is low, and the surface effect of the terrazzo-imitating plate is easy to polish.
本发明提供一种超薄的外挂式仿水磨石板材及其加工方法,涉及建筑新材料领域,仿水磨石板材包括面层和结构层,结构层位于仿水磨石板材背部,结构层为向外延伸凸出的加强梁,加强梁内埋设有至少三个安装套筒;本发明与一般的仿水磨石板材浇注方法不同,本发明采用先浇注结构层然后用纤维毡做面层料支撑,使得面层料的彩色石子不会下沉到结构料里面,节省彩色石子原料,可以做出更具美学效果的水磨石面层,背面的结构层可以根据模具做出复杂的安装结构,相较于一般的普通板材,同比减重32‑34%,而且结构层采用更低水灰比的浆料,强度高,保证结构稳固,面层采用稍高水灰比的浆料,强度稍低,易于打磨仿水磨石板材的表面效果。
