High-ductility concrete based on alkali-activated adhesive material
The invention relates to high-ductility concrete based on an alkali-activated adhesive material, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 800-1300 parts of mineral powder; 200 to 500 parts of fly ash; 20 to 150 parts of silica fume; 600 to 1200 parts of machine-made sand; 5-15 parts of a polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducing agent; 20-30 parts of a composite expanding agent; 50 to 100 parts of a composite alkali activator; 15 to 23 parts of a toughening material; 5-10 parts of a dispersant; and 5-10 parts of a thixotropic agent. The high-ductility concrete based on the alkali-activated rubber material does not contain cement clinker components, reduces carbon emission, has good construction performance, does not need special condition maintenance in the later period, and has the characteristics of high strength, high toughness, crack resistance and self-repairing.
