Hot isostatic pressing sintering mold prefabricated body and manufacturing method thereof
The isostatic pressing sintering mold preform comprises at least six composite carbon layers which are sequentially wound from inside to outside, and each composite carbon layer is provided with a head end and a tail end; wherein tension for eliminating local upheaval exists between the head end and the tail end of the composite carbon layer; interlayer connecting wires for enhancing interlayer connecting force are arranged between every two adjacent composite carbon layers, and the length of at least part of the interlayer connecting wires in the radial direction of the isostatic pressing sintering mold preform is larger than the thickness of at least six composite carbon layers. Local upheaval of the composite carbon layers is eliminated through tension, the problems of virtual stabs and weak interlayer connecting force caused by the local upheaval are avoided, interlayer connecting wires are found, the interlayer connecting force between the composite carbon layers is increased through the interlayer connecting wires, and the problem of layering when the number of layers is increased is avoided.
