After the waterproof coiled material disclosed by the invention is directly paved on the top surface of a building, the top of the paved waterproof coiled material is repeatedly rolled by utilizing a heavy object, water microcapsules in the waterproof coiled material can be extruded and broken at the moment, and water in the water microcapsules can react with lime particles in the bonding and fixing layer at the bottom to generate heat after overflowing; according to the waterproof roll disclosed by the invention, the hot melt adhesive in the bonding and fixing layer can be melted, and the waterproof roll can be firmly bonded and fixed on the top surface of a building through repeated rolling so as to finish the laying of the waterproof roll, so that compared with a traditional waterproof roll laying mode, the waterproof roll disclosed by the invention is more direct and convenient to lay, and the laying efficiency is improved. And potential safety hazards do not exist.
本发明涉及防水卷材制备技术领域,且公开了一种建筑顶层防水卷材的制作方法,包括以下步骤:S1、制备防水层;S2、制备隔热层;S3、制备粘接固定层;S4、制备水微囊以及S5、复合成型。本发明公开的防水卷材直接铺设在建筑顶面后,然后利用重物在铺设好的防水卷材的顶部反复辊压,此时防水卷材内部的水微囊会被挤压破裂,其中的水分溢出后会与底部的粘接固定层中的石灰颗粒反应产生热量,从而可以将粘接固定层中的热熔胶融化,通过来回反复的碾压,从而可以牢固的将防水卷材粘接固定在建筑的顶面上,进而完成防水卷材的铺设,相较于传统的防水卷材铺设方式,本发明公开的防水卷材铺设更加的直接方便,且不存在安全隐患。
