Grooves are formed in the top ends of the connecting columns, arc-shaped protrusions are arranged at the bottom ends of the inner pipes, and in the vertical direction, the arc-shaped protrusions of the connecting columns located on the upper portion are inserted into the grooves of the inner pipes located on the lower portion. The method can be used for road construction.
