The environment-friendly screening and hydraulic reclamation integrated system comprises a hydraulic reclamation ship, a first screening cabin, a second screening cabin, a third screening cabin, a fourth screening cabin and a sand pump are arranged in the hydraulic reclamation ship, a first-stage screening mechanism is installed in the first screening cabin, a second-stage screening mechanism is installed in the second screening cabin, and a water suction pump and a stirrer are installed in the fourth screening cabin; the sand conveying pipeline comprises an overwater floating pipe, an underwater submerged pipe and an onshore hydraulic reclamation pipe which are communicated in sequence; the excavator is located on a deck of the hydraulic reclamation ship; the sewage treatment mechanism is placed on the land, and a self-suction sewage pump is mounted on one side of the sewage treatment mechanism. The hydraulic reclamation ship has the beneficial effects that screening of initial hydraulic reclamation materials is completed on the hydraulic reclamation ship, and follow-up direct hydraulic reclamation is facilitated; long-distance transfer is achieved, and secondary sand raising is avoided; the sewage treatment mechanism is used for recycling muddy water generated in the screening process and the hydraulic reclamation process, the treated water is discharged into a water area, and the water environment around the hydraulic reclamation area is prevented from being polluted.
本发明涉及一种环保筛分吹填一体化系统,包括:吹填船,吹填船中设置有一筛舱、二筛舱、三筛舱、四筛舱、砂泵,一筛舱中安装有一级筛分机构,二筛舱中安装有二级筛分机构,四筛舱中安装有抽水泵和搅拌器;输砂管线,输砂管线包括依次连通的水上浮管、水下潜管、陆上吹填管;挖机,挖机位于吹填船的甲板上;污水处理机构,污水处理机构安放在陆地上,污水处理机构一侧安装有自吸排污泵。有益效果是:在吹填船上完成初始吹填料的筛分,便于后续直接进行吹填;实现远距离转运,避免产生二次扬砂;利用污水处理机构对筛分过程和吹填过程中产生的泥水进行回收处理,将处理后的水排放会水域中,避免污染吹填区域周围的水环境。
