A land area hydraulic reclamation construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, before use, a sand blowing device is placed on an enough working face, and all parts of the sand blowing device are assembled; 2, after the sand blowing device is installed, under the condition that it is confirmed that the sand blowing device is correct, sand is firstly fed into a sand collecting hopper, falls to the tail of a conveyor through the sand collecting hopper, and is conveyed to the top end of a mixing box through the conveyor and thrown out; thirdly, after the sand enters the mixing box, due to the fact that strong water flow provided by a water pump is arranged at the bottom of the mixing box, the sand can be immediately mixed with water to form a sand-water mixture after making contact with the water; and 4, the sand-water mixture in the mixing box is sucked in through a sand blowing pump and conveyed into the hydraulic reclamation area through a sand blowing pipe at the rear end of the sand blowing pump, and after the sand-water mixture is precipitated in the hydraulic reclamation area, sand is left in the hydraulic reclamation area. According to the land area hydraulic reclamation construction method, the construction speed can be increased, and the cost can be reduced.
