The invention discloses a rear pile method inclined pile jacket foundation with a guide device and a construction method. The device comprises an inclined-leg jacket, a guide device and a skirt sleeve, each guide device comprises a guide pipe and a connecting piece, the guide pipes are of a semicircular pipe structure, the guide pipes are arranged in parallel in multiple layers along the inclined-leg jacket and welded to the jacket main legs through the connecting pieces, the four jacket main legs at the same height are each provided with one guide device, and the guide pipes of the guide devices are parallel to the jacket main legs. The opening direction is outward; the skirt sleeve is connected with the lower end of the jacket main leg, the skirt sleeve is parallel to the jacket main leg, and the guide pipes of the multiple layers of guide devices arranged along the jacket main leg are concentric and coaxial with the circle center of the skirt sleeve. According to the guide device, the problem of pile driving of a conventional rear pile method jacket pile inserting is solved, the steel pipe pile and the guide device are in water butt joint and are directly inserted into the skirt sleeve, and the construction difficulty is greatly reduced.
