Support-free fabricated beam-column joint structure and mounting method thereof
The invention relates to a support-free fabricated beam-column joint structure and a mounting method thereof. The beam-column joint structure comprises a prefabricated column and a prefabricated beam, the prefabricated column is of a reinforced concrete column structure and is provided with a node area where concrete is not poured. A node connecting assembly is arranged at the lower part of the node area; the precast beam is a groove-shaped beam, the groove-shaped beam is erected on the node connecting assembly, and a beam steel bar extending into the node area is arranged in the groove-shaped beam; and cast-in-place concrete is poured in the node area and the channel beam. The installation method comprises the following steps that the prefabricated column is installed at a designated position; the precast beam is hoisted, so that the end part of the precast beam is supported on the U-shaped bracket; beam steel bars are arranged and bound; and finally, formworks are laid on the two sides of the precast beam and the periphery of the joint area, and concrete is poured. Through the arrangement of the node connecting assembly, reliable transmission of shearing force between the prefabricated beam column components can be ensured, so that a temporary support does not need to be erected in the installation process of the prefabricated components, and the safety and the installation efficiency in the structure construction process can be improved.
本发明为一种免支撑装配式梁柱节点结构及其安装方法,梁柱节点结构包括预制柱和预制梁;预制柱为钢筋混凝土柱结构,预制柱设有未浇筑混凝土的节点区;节点区下部设有节点连接组件;预制梁为槽型梁,槽型梁架设在节点连接组件上且槽型梁内设有延伸入节点区的梁钢筋;在节点区以及槽型梁浇筑有现浇混凝土。安装方法包括如下步骤:将预制柱安装于指定位置;吊装预制梁,使预制梁的端部支撑于U型牛腿上;进行梁钢筋的布设并绑扎;最后在预制梁两侧以及节点区周围铺设模板并浇筑混凝土。本发明节点连接组件的设置,可以确保预制梁柱构件间剪力的可靠传递,进而实现预制构件安装过程中无需搭设临时支撑,可以提高结构施工过程中的安全性和安装效率。
