Full-prefabricated frame column support-free beam-column joint structure and mounting method thereof
The invention relates to a fully-prefabricated frame column support-free beam-column joint structure and a mounting method thereof. The beam-column joint structure comprises a prefabricated column and a prefabricated beam. The prefabricated column comprises a column body, a node connecting assembly and a beam surface rib connector. The precast beams are of a reinforced concrete structure, and the precast beams are placed on the supporting platform of the joint connecting assembly and connected with each other. The mounting method comprises the following steps that 1, the prefabricated column is mounted at a designated position; 2, the precast beam is hoisted, the end of the precast beam is supported on the supporting platform, and meanwhile the front side and the rear side of the end of the precast beam are limited by the two side plates; 3, the embedded steel plate of the precast beam and the supporting platform are welded; 4, connecting a beam surface rib of the precast beam with the beam surface rib connector; and 5, concrete is poured on the top face of the precast beam, and the concrete wraps beam surface ribs and beam stirrups of the precast beam. The connecting structure has the advantages that rapid rigid connection at the beam-column joints can be achieved, and no temporary support needs to be arranged in the connecting process.
本发明为一种全预制框架柱免撑梁柱节点结构及其安装方法,梁柱节点结构包括预制柱和预制梁;所述预制柱包括柱体、节点连接组件以及梁面筋连接器;预制梁为钢筋混凝土结构,预制梁搁置于节点连接组件的支撑平台上并相互连接。所述安装方法包括如下步骤:步骤1,将预制柱安装于指定位置;步骤2,吊装预制梁,使预制梁的端部支撑于支撑平台上,同时预制梁端部的前后侧被两个侧板限位;步骤3,将预制梁的预埋钢板和支撑平台进行焊接;步骤4,将预制梁的梁面筋与梁面筋连接器连接;步骤5,在预制梁顶面浇筑混凝土,使混凝土将预制梁的梁面筋、梁箍筋包覆。本发明的优点在于:它能够实现梁柱节点处的快速刚性连接,且连接过程无需设置临时支撑。
