The upper end of the vehicle body is connected with a pressing wheel hanging bracket; one end of the pinch roller hanging bracket is connected with a pull rod; the end, away from the pull rod, of the pressing wheel hanging bracket is connected with an extrusion device. One side of the vehicle body is connected with a coiled material bracket; the side, close to the extrusion device, of the coiled material support is connected with a coiled material. One end of the coiled material is attached to the roof; the lower end of the coiled material bracket is connected with a heating device; and the output end of the heating device is close to one side of the coiled material. Bubbles generated in the coiled material paving and pasting process are effectively extruded through the rolling pressing wheel, the coiled material above cold primer oil is heated through the heating device heating blow lamp, and the pasting effect of the coiled material and a concrete base layer is improved.
