The method comprises the following steps that firstly, a cement mortar leveling layer is cleaned and laid; step 2, splicing the insulation board by a dry paving method; step 3, paving a waveform asphalt waterproof plate; fourthly, a metal panel supporting system is built, counter battens are arranged on the waveform asphalt waterproof plate at intervals, and leveling components are arranged on the upper surface of each counter batten at intervals in the length direction of the counter battens; a fastener is arranged on the leveling component, and the fastener sequentially penetrates through the leveling component, the counter batten, the waveform waterproof plate and the heat preservation plate to be fixedly connected with the roof foundation structure body; and finally, the roof battens perpendicular to the counter battens are installed on the leveling components on the same straight line in a buckled mode. And step 5, paving the metal roof panels one by one along one direction until the whole roof is fully paved. The system has the advantages that the comprehensive cost is reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, the structure is simple, and the effects of water resistance, heat preservation, ventilation and sound insulation are achieved.
