Flame-retardant laminated solid wood composite floor and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of solid wood floors, in particular to a flame-retardant laminated solid wood composite floor and a preparation method thereof. According to the scheme, dopamine hydrochloride and acryloyl chloride react to generate a dopamine monomer, and double bonds of the dopamine monomer and a sulfydryl-containing phosphate monomer are subjected to a click reaction, so that a catechol group is introduced to a side chain of the phosphate monomer, and a double-bond-containing flame-retardant monomer is obtained; then pentaerythritol tetra (3-mercaptopropionate), pentaerythritol triacrylate, perfluorodecanethiol and a flame-retardant monomer containing double bonds are mixed to prepare a photocuring coating material, and the coating material is photocured after being coated on the surface of the wood veneer, so that the flame-retardant property of the wood veneer can be effectively improved; and the adhesion performance between the coating and the wood veneers is excellent, the wood veneers are laminated in a multi-layer mode, are assembled after being glued, and are subjected to hot pressing to obtain the wood composite floor, and the comprehensive performance is improved.
本发明涉及实木地板技术领域,具体为一种阻燃性叠层实木复合地板及其制备方法;方案先利用多巴胺盐酸盐和丙烯酰氯反应,生成多巴胺单体,利用多巴胺单体的双键与含有巯基的磷酸酯单体发生点击反应,从而在磷酸酯单体的侧链上引入邻苯二酚基团,得到含有双键的阻燃单体,再通过季戊四醇四(3‑巯基丙酸酯)、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯、全氟癸硫醇和含有双键的阻燃单体混合配置得到光固化涂覆料,该涂覆料在木质单板表面涂覆后光固化,能够有效提高木质单板的阻燃性能,而且涂层与木质单板之间的附着性能优异,该木质单板多层叠合,涂胶后组坯,热压制得木质复合地板,综合性能得到提升。
