Flame-retardant composite floor and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a flame-retardant composite floor and a preparation method thereof. The flame-retardant composite floor comprises a base material layer, a decorative layer, a wear-resistant layer and a UV curing layer, the base material layer clings to the ground, the decorative layer is arranged on the base material layer, the wear-resistant layer is arranged on the decorative layer, and the UV curing layer is arranged on the wear-resistant layer; the base material layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin, 120-150 parts of calcium carbonate stone powder, 6-8 parts of a stabilizer, 2-3 parts of an auxiliary stabilizer, 10-20 parts of a flame retardant, 1.5-2.5 parts of a plasticizer, 8-10 parts of an anti-aging agent, 3-5 parts of an impact modifier and 4-5 parts of pigment. The stabilizer and the flame retardant are good in dispersity in a matrix, the synthesized stabilizer is a calcium salt heat stabilizer and contains an amide structure and a benzimidazole structure, and the antibacterial property and long-term stability of the floor are improved; the synthesized flame retardant contains a polysiloxane chain, a urea structure and a dehydroabietylamine structure, so that the flame retardance and wear resistance of the floor are improved.
本发明涉及一种阻燃复合地板及其制备方法,包括基材层、装饰层、耐磨层和UV固化层;基材层紧贴着地面,基材层上面设有装饰层,装饰层上面设有耐磨层,耐磨层上面设有UV固化层;所述基材层包括如下重量份原料:聚氯乙烯树脂40‑50份、碳酸钙石粉120‑150份、稳定剂6‑8份、辅助稳定剂2‑3份、阻燃剂10‑20份、增塑剂1.5‑2.5份、防老剂8‑10份、抗冲击改性剂3‑5份和颜料4‑5份。稳定剂和阻燃剂在基体中分散性好,所合成的稳定剂为钙盐类热稳定剂,含有酰胺结构、苯并咪唑结构,提升地板的抗菌性、长期稳定性;所合成的阻燃剂,含有聚硅氧烷链、脲结构和脱氢枞胺结构,提升地板的阻燃性能、耐磨性。
