The invention discloses an automatic wall brick sticking device and a device-based wall brick sticking method.The automatic wall brick sticking device comprises a mounting frame, a brick sticking device is movably mounted on the mounting frame, the mounting frame comprises vertical frame structures located on the two sides of a wall surface, and a transverse frame structure is mounted between the two vertical frame structures in a liftable mode; the tiling device is movably installed on the transverse frame structure, the vertical frame structure is used for moving the transverse frame structure and the tiling device up and down, the transverse frame structure is used for moving the tiling device left and right, and a tile feeding structure is connected to the lower portion of the tiling device. The brick feeding structure and the tiling device synchronously move left and right to form a feeding structure which automatically follows and feeds bricks for the tiling device, and a sponge suction cup is arranged on the tiling device. The full automation of wall brick laying is effectively improved, the flexibility and safety are high during use, uneven tiles with different sizes are sucked and used, automatic feeding and tiling of large-area tiles are facilitated, and the safety is high.
