Roof anchor-pulling light lintel support and construction method thereof
The invention provides a roof anchor-pulling light lintel support and a construction method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of photovoltaic support construction. The support comprises expansion bolts, profile steel and photovoltaic support stand columns; the profile steel is connected with the anchoring holes through expansion bolts, and the photovoltaic support stand column is connected to the upper portion of the profile steel. The support is simple in structure, light in weight and suitable for non-accessible roofs and accessible roofs with partial low load strength. According to the method, the damaged original roof waterproof structure is repaired by pouring the waterproof sealant into the anchoring holes; an adhesion agent is brushed on the roof, so that the bonding performance of the roof and the profile steel is improved, and the self-waterproof function of the concrete structure is improved; structural adhesive is smeared on the contact face of the profile steel and the roof, and flexible water prevention is formed in the gap between the profile steel and the roof; preshrinking protection concrete is arranged on the periphery of the profile steel to form a self-waterproof function, and a waterproof coating is brushed at the joint after forming to serve as waterproof redundancy. Therefore, the phenomenon of roof water leakage after the photovoltaic support is installed is avoided.
本发明提供了一种屋面拉锚轻型过梁支架及其施工方法,属于光伏支架施工技术领域,本支架包括膨胀螺栓、型钢和光伏支架立柱;型钢通过膨胀螺栓与锚固孔连接,光伏支架立柱连接在型钢的上方。本支架结构简单,重量轻,能够适用于非上人屋面和部分荷载强度低的上人屋面。本方法通过在锚固孔中灌注防水密封胶,把破坏的原有屋面防水结构进行修复;在屋面涂刷界面剂,增加屋面与型钢的粘结性能,提高混凝土结构自防水功能;在型钢与屋面的接触面上涂抹结构胶,在型钢和屋面空隙处形成柔性防水;在型钢的周边设置预缩保护混凝土,形成自防水功能,成型后在结合处涂刷防水涂层,作为防水冗余。从而避免在安装光伏支架后造成屋面漏水的现象。
