Two prefabricated shell structures extend out of the outer side of the prefabricated section pool wall plate; ultra-high strength concrete UHPC is poured among the prefabricated section pool wall plate, the prefabricated shell structure and the I-shaped steel pulling plate, so that the UHPC post-pouring section is formed; a certain number of reserved bolt holes are formed in flanges at the two ends of the I-shaped steel pulling plate, and expansion bolts are arranged in the reserved bolt holes in a penetrating mode and used for being connected with a prefabricated section pool wall plate. A certain number of studs are further welded to the two sides of the middle web of the I-shaped steel pulling plate. The method can effectively solve the problems of poor tensile property and fatigue resistance of the fabricated pool wall plate connecting point, much wet operation of the post-pouring section, poor control precision of lap joint of the steel bars of the post-pouring section, high difficulty of lap joint construction of the steel bars of the post-pouring section and the like.
