Provided is a transmission for a crawler-type traveling vehicle, in which a transmission system gear mechanism and a turning system gear mechanism can be compactly arranged to suppress an increase in the size of a transmission case. A transmission (1) for a crawler-type traveling vehicle is provided with: a straight travel pump (31) and a straight travel motor (32) of a straight travel HST (11); a turning pump (41) and a turning motor (42) of the turning HST (12); and planetary gear mechanisms (13L, 13R). The transmission case (16) is provided with: a straight gear mechanism (17) that transmits the power of the straight motor to a straight system input unit; and a turning gear mechanism (18) for transmitting the power of the turning motor to the turning system input unit, the straight movement gear mechanism being provided with a plurality of straight movement power transmission shafts (54, 57), and the turning gear mechanism being provided with a plurality of turning power transmission shafts (92, 96). At least one of the straight movement power transmission shafts and at least one of the turning power transmission shafts are arranged on the same axis and are arranged side by side in the axial length direction.
