The STC ultrahigh-toughness concrete comprises the following components in parts by mass: 800 parts of cement, 1100 parts of quartz sand, 80-100 parts of coal ash, 180-200 parts of mineral powder, 180-200 parts of silica fume, 7-11 parts of a water reducing agent, 1-5 parts of a retarder, 4-7 parts of a slump retaining agent, 0.2 part of a defoaming agent, 150 parts of water and 180 parts of steel fibers. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of high strength, high performance, high toughness and ultrahigh bending and compressive strength, the compressive strength can reach 180MPa and is far greater than the national standard, the on-site wet mixing processing link is omitted, a small-sized mixing plant does not need to be built on site, one-time stirring forming is realized in a commercial concrete mixing plant, the quality is stable, batch stirring and batch testing are not needed, and the cost is low. The time period from production to pouring use of the STC concrete is greatly shortened, the setting time is as long as 12 hours, and on-site follow-up construction is facilitated.
